Drive, design, and implement the definition and documentation of data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective data management practices in C&S.

Drive the identification and ownership of C&S & Supply chain Data Block and collaborate with business stakeholders as well as Data Excellence Team to ensure Data Quality.

Establish and monitor data quality metrics and controls based on global policies to maintain high standards of data integrity across C&S, and Supply Chain

Drive cross functional Data Forums for C&S Data Domain

Drive, maintain and own Data Glossary for C&S.

Create, maintain, and manage a centralized data glossary that defines key terms, metrics, and data elements to ensure consistent understanding and usage across C&S. Collaborate with teams to regularly update the glossary as business needs evolve.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Drive the cross functional collaboration between business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and establish governance requirements in C&S.

We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in data governance, data management, data quality, master data, or related areas.
- In-depth knowledge of data governance concepts, frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of data quality management, data ownership, business glossaries, metadata, and governance controls.
- Familiarity with data protection laws, regulatory requirements, and industry compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across business units, IT teams, and senior management in a cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.

To date, there are two crafting facilities in Thailand, Bangkok, and Lamphun, and we employ more than 13,000 skilled craftspeople.
