Cost Standardization

  • Lead the consolidation of costing across suppliers into a unified and standardized structure (open-book model)

  • Ensure full comparability across suppliers by aligning cost components (e.g., labor, overhead, plating, components) to identify like-for-like pricing gaps and optimization opportunities

  • Maintain and continuously improve the central costing database/templates (Open Book W-xx)

Cost Governance & Accuracy Control

  • Establish strong controls to ensure that approved costs are accurately reflected during PO creation

  • Eliminate manual errors and price deviations (excluding variable precious metal price fluctuations)

  • Define and monitor pricing governance mechanisms, including approval workflows and audit trails

  • Partner with procurement and operations to ensure cost discipline and compliance

PO Validation & Price Variance Management

  • Oversee PO tracking and price validation against approved costing sheets

  • Analyze and report price variances, ensuring root cause identification and resolution

  • Collaborate with Business Controllers to ensure alignment between costing data and financial reporting

Stakeholder Management (Single Point of Contact)

  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all supplier costing-related discussions

  • Drive cross-functional alignment on cost assumptions, updates, and standard costing cycles

End-to-End Process Ownership

·       Own and drive the Contract Manufacturing Cost Governance Workflow, including: Spot Price & Exchange Rate Updates, Open Book Management (Weekly Cycle), Cost Consolidation, PO Review & Tracking and Price Analysis & Reporting and Standard Cost Setting

Continuous Improvement & Digitalization

  • Drive automation and digitization of costing processes

  • Develop dashboards/tools for real-time cost visibility and tracking

  • Improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across the costing lifecycle
     

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in costing, financial controlling, or supply chain finance

  • Strong financial acumen with proven expertise in cost modeling and analysis

  • High attention to detail with a strong governance and compliance mindset

  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Finance, Procurement, and external suppliers

  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive efficiency enhancements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-supplier environments

  • Exposure to contract manufacturing and open-book costing models is an advantage

  • Strong Excel and data handling skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred

  • Good communication skills in both Thai and English
