Sourcing & Supplier Management

Execute sourcing, negotiation, and category management activities.

Build strong supplier relationships and manage supplier performance.

Conduct risk, cost, and pricing analysis with up-to-date market intelligence.

Collaborate with Quality, Material Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure material standards and on-time delivery.

Develop standardized spend and data analytics to support category strategies.
Compliance & Governance

Implement purchasing policies and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.

Conduct supplier qualification and performance assessments.

Prepare contracts based on master templates and coordinate with Legal when needed.
Cost Management
-
Drive competitive cost structures and favorable credit terms.

Execute actions to achieve budget and cost-saving targets.
Ethical & Sustainable Procurement
-
Support Responsible Sourcing initiatives and ensure supplier compliance with sustainability and ethical standards.
Stakeholder Management
-
Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.

Support smooth and efficient procurement processes.
Financial Control
-
Contribute to budget planning, KPIs, and performance monitoring for the team.
Changing the Business

Implement risk-mitigation measures to strengthen supply resilience (e.g., multi-sourcing, supply chain mapping).

Execute sourcing strategies to ensure competitive cost, compliance, and project delivery.

Support carbon emission programs and drive supplier engagement in sustainability initiatives.
Leadership

Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team focused on best practices, value creation, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related fields
-
7 years or more within purchasing or significant experience in a relevant function
-
Experiences in Jewellery business is preferable

Initiate the solution to most complex business problems
-
Execute the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)
-
Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
-
Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change

Strong team player within and across teams

Able to manage project to ensure overall sourcing activities within timeline and budget to support project launch
-
Commercially and financially aware

Good English communication and self-confident
