Drive Key Performance Indicators of the responsible area and shared KPIs to ensure that products/ projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standard and lowest possible cost.
Execution as plan by follow of procedure and WI that register in Pandora system to achieve the target of section/department.
Analysis of concern issue and create short term action that flexible and efficient. To finding the long term action to prevent the repeat issue.
Monitor production activities toward daily/ weekly/ monthly targets, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the best working practices.
Daily shop floor presence to clearly visualize the progress and problem of Production situation and quickly report Supervisor in an ever changing.
Report daily production output in responsible areas to discuss the numbers achieved compared to target, do some analysis on the spot, and follow up to re-assure the execution is accomplished as plan. |
