Data Analyst

Imagine being part of the Data & Analytics team within Digital & Technology for the world’s largest jewellery brand. If you enjoy bringing data people together, collaborating across the organisation and championing modern analytics platforms such as Databricks and conversational AI, you could be our next Data Analyst in Data & Analytics for Crafting & Supply at Pandora.

We love that you will…

Collaborating on Data Analytics Across the Organization

  • Collaborate side by side with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver analytics as one team.

  • Partner with teams across Crafting & Supply and the wider Data & Analytics organization, connecting analysts to the right data, people and solutions.

  • Build, facilitate and grow Pandora’s data analyst community, creating spaces for analysts to connect, learn and share.

  • Establish and promote shared standards, best practices, templates and reusable analytical assets.

  • Promote and drive adoption of our Databricks analytics platform and its conversational AI, across the analytical community.

  • Onboard, train and support analysts so they can self-serve confidently with our analytical tools.

  • Support hands-on analytical deep dives for selected AI use cases, working with Data Scientists to explore data, validate patterns and translate findings into practical Crafting & Supply opportunities.

Enabling Self-Service Analytics

  • Help the community self-serve their own reporting and analysis through clear guidance, reusable assets and practical support.

  • Promote good data quality and governance practices across shared analytical assets.

  • Track adoption and engagement, and continuously improve enablement, documentation and onboarding.

We love that you are…

  • Experienced — typically 2–5+ years in a data analytics, BI or analytics-enablement role.

  • A natural collaborator and community-builder who enjoys connecting people and sharing knowledge across teams.

  • Passionate about enablement — you would rather help many analysts succeed than deliver every analysis yourself.

  • Enthusiastic about modern analytics platforms and AI-powered tools — such as Databricks and its conversational AI, Genie — and keen to drive their adoption.

  • Familiar with Power BI, self-service BI and SQL.

  • Familiar with data-quality and governance good practice.

  • A confident communicator, comfortable engaging both business and technical audiences.

  • Fluent in Thai and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and global stakeholders.

  • Educated to degree level in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.

  • Experienced in manufacturing and supply chain, with exposure to Jira or ServiceNow as an advantage.
