Program Development and Management

  • Design and deliver wellbeing programs covering physical, mind, financial, and social health.

  • Arrange programs or activities with cost efficiency

  • Propose privilege program for employee

  • Coordinate with external vendors or counselors to deliver program as part of the wellbeing initiatives such as counseling, fitness and health programs etc.

Employee Support

  • Provide guidance and resources to employees on stress management, resilience, and healthy lifestyle practices etc.

  • Oversee wellbeing activities i.e. record of counselling cases

Communication and analysis report 

  • Create and distribute educational materials related to wellbeing.

  • Communicate and promote wellbeing programs and initiatives through effective communication plans, including events and celebrations.

  • Engage with employees to gather feedback and improve wellness offerings.

  • Track and analyze data related to employee wellbeing initiatives.

  • Prepare and present the summary reports on program effectiveness, participation rates, and overall impact on employee well-being.

  • Make recommendations for program improvements based on data analysis. 


 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor's degree + (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Design or a related field).

  • 2+ years of experience in employee wellbeing, HR, engagement, or program management.

  • Experience designing and delivering holistic wellbeing programs (physical, mental, financial, and social health).

  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills (e.g., wellness providers, counselors, fitness partners).

  • Experience in organizing activities/events with strong cost management and budget optimization.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to create engaging content and promote initiatives effectively.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking program metrics, analyzing participation, and evaluating impact.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and survey/engagement platforms.

  • Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
