Project Coordination

 

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, deliverables, and action plans across functions.
  • Support project governance activities including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and escalation points to ensure smooth execution.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Prepare project status updates, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
  • Support implementation of transformation, productivity, or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, and communication materials.
  • Escalate delays, risks, and missing inputs to the Director, Manufacturing Excellence.

 

Plant Reporting & Performance Support

 

  • Collect, consolidate, and validate plant performance data from relevant functions.
  • Prepare regular reports covering productivity, quality, delivery, cost, efficiency, and project progress.
  • Support plant-level and cross-plant performance reviews.
  • Highlight gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities from reports.
  • Standardize reporting templates to improve consistency across plants.

 

Data Analysis & Dashboard support

 

  • Support dashboard development using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
  • Clean, structure, and validate data to improve accuracy and usability.
  • Translate data into simple insights, charts, and management summaries.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and improve dashboard usability.
  • Support basic root cause analysis using data

 

Digitalization & Automation Support

 

  • Identify repetitive administrative tasks that can be simplified, automated, or digitalized.
  • Propose improvement ideas using tools such as Excel automation, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms, Planner, or other approved tools.
  • Support development of simple digital workflows for action tracking, reporting, approval follow-up, and document control.
  • Work with users to test and improve digital solutions.
  • Help embed digital tools into daily routines so reporting and follow-up become more efficient.

 

Stakeholder Coordination

 

  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, HR, Finance, IT/Digital, and other functions as required.
  • Support preparation of presentation materials for leadership reviews.
  • Communicate project and reporting status clearly to stakeholders.
  • Build positive working relationships across plant teams.

 

 

We love that you are… 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing reporting, data analysis, or operational improvement.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates may be considered if they demonstrate strong data analysis capabilities, proficiency in data tools, and relevant internship or project experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development.
  • Strong project tracking, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and summarize key insights into actionable recommendations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions.
