Main Purpose of the Role

  • Receive and process of all in-coming and out-going mails.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and provide an assistance with problems they encounter.
  • Ensured all other customer's needs and enquires are attended to satisfactorily.
  • Monitor customer accounts and seek opportunities to further develop client relationship.
  • Analyze and summarized the issues in area of responsibilities and continue seeking on improvement on work efficiency in accordance with the plan and policy of the company.
  • Provide daily/ weekly/month report to line Manager.
  • Understand and follow work environment, occupational health and safety management or other systems arranged by the company such as ISO, OHSAS and so on.
  • Handle all other tasks assigned by line managers

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Very good command of English in both oral and written communication
  • Service minded
  • Attention to detail and accurancy
  • Excellent leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with a high level of initiative; able to work well without daily supervision.
  • Experienced with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Negotiation, analytical, multi-tasking skill
