Main Purpose of the Role
- Receive and process of all in-coming and out-going mails.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and provide an assistance with problems they encounter.
- Ensured all other customer's needs and enquires are attended to satisfactorily.
- Monitor customer accounts and seek opportunities to further develop client relationship.
- Analyze and summarized the issues in area of responsibilities and continue seeking on improvement on work efficiency in accordance with the plan and policy of the company.
- Provide daily/ weekly/month report to line Manager.
- Understand and follow work environment, occupational health and safety management or other systems arranged by the company such as ISO, OHSAS and so on.
- Handle all other tasks assigned by line managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Very good command of English in both oral and written communication
- Service minded
- Attention to detail and accurancy
- Excellent leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive with a high level of initiative; able to work well without daily supervision.
- Experienced with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Negotiation, analytical, multi-tasking skill
