 Solution Architecture & Design 

 

•    Define, own, and continuously evolve the INPD application landscape, ensuring alignment with business strategy, enterprise architecture standards, technology roadmaps, and future business capabilities. 
•    Design end-to-end solutions supporting Innovation, Product Development, HR, and SHE business capabilities. 
•    Create and maintain architecture diagrams, solution designs, integration specifications, and technical documentation. 
•    Ensure solutions meet business requirements while adhering to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and technology standards. 
•    Support architectural decision-making throughout project and product lifecycles. 
•    Contribute to technology roadmaps and future-state architecture planning. 
•    Design end-to-end solutions across enterprise platforms, SaaS products, custom applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, and security. Evaluate and apply appropriate architecture patterns where justified by business and technical requirements. 

 

Architecture Governance & Clean Core Standard  

 

•    Act as a guardian of architecture standards and principles, promoting the adoption of standard platform capabilities and minimizing unnecessary customization. 
•    Participate in architecture review boards, design authority forums, and cross-functional architecture communities to ensure alignment of solution decisions across programs and initiatives. 
•    Ensure solution decisions are traceable to business requirements, enterprise architecture principles, and strategic objectives. 
•    Maintain architecture decisions, design rationales, assumptions, constraints, and approved deviations throughout the solution lifecycle. 

 

Business Partnership & Requirement Translation 

 

•    Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges. 
•    Translate business requirements into clear solution designs and implementation approaches. 
•    Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear recommendations, transparent decision-making, realistic delivery considerations, and proactive risk communication. 
•    Enable digital capabilities that support product design, product development, sample development, and product lifecycle processes. 
•    Support continuous modernization and simplification of application landscapes. 
•    Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and business value realization. 

 

AI & Digital Innovation 

 

•    Identify and drive opportunities to leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation within business products. 
•    Collaborate with engineering teams to adopt AI-assisted software engineering practices. 
•    Ensure AI solutions comply with responsible AI, security, and governance standards. 

 

Delivery Support & Governance 

 

•    Participate in architecture reviews and design governance processes. 
•    Review solution implementations to ensure alignment with approved designs. 
•    Contribute to architecture standards, reusable patterns, and best practices. 
•    Identify and manage architecture risks and technical debt. 

 


We love that you are… 

 

•    5-8+ years of overall experience in Information Technology, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect or similar architecture-focused role.
•    Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade, large-scale business applications, platforms, and digital products.
•    Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, secure, and business-aligned solution architectures.
•    Experience working across enterprise domains such as Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Human Resources (HR), Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), ERP, or similar business functions.
•    Hands-on experience collaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering teams, and senior business stakeholders.
•    Demonstrated ability to lead solution design activities across the full software development lifecycle, from concept through implementation.
•    Solid experience with Microsoft Azure or other leading cloud platforms.
•    Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, identity and access management, data protection, security architecture, and DevSecOps practices.
•    Knowledge of Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, or enterprise AI solutions is highly desirable.
•    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and relationship-building capabilities.
•    A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for delivering business value and driving continuous improvement.
