  • Act as a central point of coordination between Retail Operations, Technology, Country teams, and Global stakeholders during project delivery
  • Support test cycles including UAT, pre‑UAT, pilots, and test sprints, ensuring business readiness and sign‑off
  • Ensure operational handover materials and support documentation are in place post‑deployment

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Work closely with country teams to plan and execute market rollouts in line with readiness and deployment plans
  • Partner with Retail Training teams to plan, organise, and support system training and enablement activities
  • Ensure all initiatives and pilots are aligned to improving store productivity, client experience, and operational effectiveness

Change, Adoption & Store Readiness

  • Ensure projects are properly followed up, communicated, and delivered according to plan
  • Where required, support market visits to stores to assess project traction, adoption, and operational impact
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and escalate where necessary to ensure delivery success

Ideal Profile

  • 4–7 years’ experience in project coordination, business project management, or retail systems roles
  • Experience supporting retail operations or store systems projects is strongly preferred
