Are you passionate about building strong business relationships, driving sales growth, and representing an internationally loved brand? We are looking for a Regional Wholesale Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Brussels on a 50% part-time basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our wholesale partners and key accounts, ensuring strong commercial performance, excellent brand execution, and outstanding customer experience. As the main point of contact for your accounts, you will support partners through training, product launches, business reviews, and day-to-day collaboration.

- Manage and develop assigned wholesale partners and key accounts
- Support partners in achieving sales and KPI targets
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities
- Provide product, sales, and brand training to partner teams
- Support new product launches and seasonal initiatives
- Assist with local marketing activities and events
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock optimization
- Ensure compliance with Pandora’s visual merchandising and brand standards
- Analyze sell-out performance and prepare business reports
- Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans
- Act as a trusted advisor and key contact for wholesale partners

- At least 3–5 years of experience in retail, wholesale, account management, or sales
- Experience managing business partners, customers, or key accounts
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for delivering results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs and sales reports
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
- Fluent French and English language skills are essential
- Dutch is considered an advantage
